Question:
Does anyone know of an Individual Insurance policy/plan that covers gastric bypass ?

I hate to be the barer of bad news, but more than likely if you are Morbidly Obese, and individual policy will not accept you. I tried that once several years ago during one of the time my ex-SOB of a boss cancelled my group insurance. Everything was going along fine until I met with the insurance agent and they flat out told me, because of my weight that the insurance company would not take me. Maybe things have changed since then, but I doubt it. Call around and check. If not, finding a full or part time job that offers insurance would be your best bet. Good luck!
