Has anyone been approved for lapband instead of bypass on BCBS Federal (Regence)

Hi- From what i have heard, and researched that is very hard to get
approved.not sure why but most ppl i know who have regence of anykind do
not get approved for lapband, but do quickly get approved for RNY? Not
sure why? Good Luck
