Did anyone get insurance to cover nutritionist? Aetna Us Healthcare HMO

I have the same insurance as you do. I know that they would not cover my psych. evaluation even though it is a requirement from the surgeon and that cost me $560 for a 30 min. conversation and a STUPID 567 question test that has nothing to do with the surgery. I too have to see a nutritionist and i'm sure they won't pay for it either but if they will cover the surgery I won't complain about it. I had to see a nutritionist and no my insurance company did not cover it. They stated that this service was not covered by the plan. Hope this information helps you.
