Why does my information not show up when someone searched under insurance in Oregon?

My information is in there. I don't know what I've done wrong but I hope it can be fixed. My information doesn't show but I've input my information for my insurance. I've been denied I want other people to see that so they can see the steps I've taken etc.. even perhaps to offer help etc. Why is my information not showing up?    — Dawn R.
