Question:
I would love example letters used to appeal to an Employer...

I need example appeal letters to put together one for my employer. I have a few on file.. I am going to work on exhausting my three appeals at the insurance level but have been told my main work will be with the employer to appeal to them to remove the exclusion based on discrimation against obesity etc. I work for my insurance company so its going to be a hard issue, but I have to fight for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also anyone have a link to the ADA where I can find documentation on the classification of obesity as a disability etc?    — Dawn R. (posted on April 23, 2001)
