Question:
What should one get from the your family doctor when appealing a denial?

I have the previous letter he wrote saying it was medically necessary. I have my appeal letter..should I have him write another letter explaining in more detail? please email with any information you might have on this.    — WIBlueyes (posted on April 26, 2001)
