I have the same insurence policy out of Ma. My exclusion said it wasnt
covered unless diagnosed as Morbidly Obese! That was one time I was excited
to be called "Morbidly Obese"!!!LOL!!! What State are you from?

I had this exclusion but when you actually asked the insurance company,
they said they'd cove surgery if medically necessary and for anyone who is
morbidly obese it is necessary.
