Question:
I have Aetna POS II, had this insurance since 10/01/2008.

I have sent everything to insurance for WLS. Could they deny me because I have not had insurance that long. I had BCBS before up until 10/01/2008.    — sadiebelle (posted on November 12, 2008)

It depends on the state laws where you live. In Pennsylvania a new insurance provider cannot refuse to cover something due to "pre-existing condition" if there is no lapse in coverage from one provider to the next. Good Luck!!
