Question:
does anyone have this insurance?

8 weeks sounds like a long time. Check with you state insurance dept. In my state insurance must approve or deny a claim within 30 days. If they do't you have the right to report them to the state office. Believe me insurance do not like to be reported. Too many complaints and they can face fines and other punishments.

Janice, call their Customer Service dept right away and make sure they did receive your request.If they did I would remind them it has been 8 weeks and you need a reply right away. Good Luck Nancy Poe
