Who has been approved with Health link, how long did it take

I was approved in about 2 weeks. MY policy, through the state, did not require 6 months of supervised diets, only that it was medically necessary. I had to see a psychologist and I was interviewed by the nutritionist, saw the surgeon, filled out papers the dr office gave me, as to diets I'd been on and if I lost, then how much I gained. I think having a knowledgeable surgeon's office as to what they want is very important. I have open access Healthlink.
