Does anyone have an example of a strong letter of support from a PCP?

My PCP letter of support was pretty basic. I actually though to basic. My PCP letter was to my surgeon as an introduction of sorts. I am sure it also go sent to the insurance co. The surgeons office in my case did the letter of medical necessity. Good luck to you.
