Dr Peter Tomasello in Plantation take BC/BS he does his surgery at University Hospital in Tamarac FL Phone number is 954-472-0899. They will probably refer you to the Hospital which will help you get started. Good luck

Try Dr. Robert Marema in Ft. Lauderdale (read his reviews, excellent surgeon, had it himself), and Dr. Robert Liem in Lantana.

Dr. Paul Wizman in Margate accepts BCBS Health Options. I have BCBS as well and I am scheduled to have surgery on Feb. 12th. He is great and has a really great post-op program and he does all of his surgeries laparoscopically. Good Luck!
