Weight gain--need help--terrified that i will regain what I lost
Help....Earlier this week I weighted in at 154 and this morning I got on the scale and it read 157..I am so upset..what do I do to get back on track. — pumpkin462 (posted on May 31, 2012)

It's probably water weight or a difference in the weight of your clothes and shoes. Plus, most people have a 5 - 10 lbs range that they fluctuate in. I wouldn't worry unless you keep gaining for longer than a month or so. If you are really worried try upping your protein and getting back to the basics. I doubt your doctor will be concerned over a gain of just 3 lbs, but he might be able to offer some advice if you contact his or her office. Best of luck.
