yes they do approve and i think they approve all 3 surgeries. i think your
dr will push the paper work thru. where in illinois are you? im in the
peoria area and i work for a dr office i might be able to find some stuff

I had a RNY paid by medicaid in North Carolina and am trying to get set up
for the follow up surgery. Yes they do and they did approve it on the first
letter.

Yes, they pay for it i'm to have my ds on jan 6th .
