Are there any gummy vitamins with selenium?

My problem are the bulk size of my vitamins, I have gone off my regime of vitamins and supplments, I have gained weight, back to my pre surgery, and I lost my hair last year october, everything is undone, so I want to try to save myself, I bought acai berry colon cleanse And Garcinia cambogia, but now I am scared to try them.
