Question:
has anyone had laproscopic VSG when they had gallbladder in the past
my incision was full abdomen and I am concerned that my restrict method used — Windy1 (posted on October 28, 2009)

My 25 yr old gall bladder scar is about 7" long. I had VSG in March
with no problems. My surgeon said that he was going to hide some of the
laproscopic scars by my gall bladder scar, but he didn't. No biggy. I
just sorta look like I've been in a few knife fights!

Yep, I had my gallbladder out in 1980 -- looooong scar. My surgeon did my
sleeve laproscopically and put 2 of the tiny incisions right on top of the
big scar. I still won't be wearing a bikini, but the scars were kept to a
minimum. I've had no problems.
