I have Humana PPO..there exclusion reads anything related to obesity

That is the insurance company I have and they approved me for surgery. I was lucky everything took less than a month from start to finish for the approval. Good luck to you! PS.. how about tummy tucks and stuff like that, think our insurnace approves them?

well have you gained enough back to put you in MO category? if so then I dont see why they wouldn't cover it. Good luck!
