when i eat anything carb i have extreme fatigue
i actually feel like it causes mood swings if i avoid carbs i am happier and not so moody, but the second i eat a high carb food i become very moody almost like a PMS switch, yet i have a hard time not eating the carbs. — heythere (posted on August 6, 2012)

Your blood sugar shots way up from the high GI carbs,(processed junk foods are the worst) ingested, which turns into sugar, then a lot of insulin is injected into the bloodstream to utilize and process the sugar but too much insulin causing your blood sugars to become low and the whole process plays havoc in your body. I suggest you study up om Low GI foods and diets. Go to the book store or on line. Good luck

common complaint. get your carbs from vegtables and not simple carbs.
