Question:
What do I need for a 2nd appeal? I will be going before the committee?

I have been denied twice by cigna due to not meeting their criteria. I am now at the 2nd Appeal level, where I have the opportunity to go before a commitee and state my case. Has anyone out there experienced this process??? - Veronica McKellar    — vmckel3783 (posted on June 18, 2001)

Veronica, I also have Cigna but I have the hmo. And they are giving me the same problems. I am waiting on my first appeal answer. I pray that you receive your approval soon. If you would like to talk please email me. Nikki
