I checked web site Bariatic eating.com for Center of Excellence and none listed for Canada...but I'm sure that is not right...the web site they referred to is www.surgicalreview.org/index.aspx Bariatic surg is a subspeciality of Gastroenterology (GI). Check with your local GI for name of someone near you. Good luck.
