Dear Danice, I use to have John Alden, and while im reluctant to say NO one ever gets approve, I can tell you that every person I have ever spoke to about this insurance co, that No one not even with the help of a lawyer got approved. I went through 3 appeals also, and got a lawyer and still never got approved. Im sorry this is such bad news, but I think everyone deserves the right to know what fight they are up against. My husband changed jobs so I could get my surgery. Im 3 months post op :o)...
