Question:
I am looking for a good protein supplement. Now I drink a small boost drink blended

with fresh fruit. Any suggestions? I had the gastric slieve operation 14 months ago. My weight loss has plateaued after an 60 lb loss. Intially I weighed 610 lbs in Mar 09. After the lap band and gastric slieve operations I now weigh 430 lbs. I am trying to get my weight down to 375 lbs for knee replacement surgery. I too had the sleeve done. I'm drinking Isopure. It's clear, does have a bit of an after taste, but it gives me a change of pace from the protien shakes. I found hm at RiteAid. Good luck. You can do it!

I love the chocolate shakes by Unjury! good with skim milk. I have even done them with water and they are good.

I love ,love, love the Atkins shakes, perfect blend of protein and vitamins and carbs. Dark Royale chocolate is fantastic. It is also the flavor that the stores can't keep stocked. Walmart has the best price I have been using them now for over 6 months as well as eating solid food too 1 year plus post op RNY. DOWN 221 lbs.

Protein; I found a protein shake that is good. It's called premier nutrition and it is at SAMs Wholesale. It's in a carton so there is no mixing. It taste like chocolate milk and no after taste. :)

World Wide Protein Shakes (Trader Joes, Raleys, Walmart) are REALLY good, 23 grams protein, low carbs/sugar...I like the chocolate and vanilla the best

I use slim sassy oil for energy boost without chemicals in it! It only put two drops in a water cup! 4 x a day and it gave me energy! Worth it. It can be found on deaf.doterrapro.com. I have been looking for support because it's so hard to focus on my weight but this oil heled me stay positive to lose 40 lbs. soon I'm reaching the goal!

I have Unjury protein powder and it tastes just like it should. The chocolate is great and there is vanilla, strawberry and unflavored you can add extracts or fruit for flavor. You can do it, great luck to you. By the way, it has 20 grams of protein. Carolyn
