who does the appeal?

since my denial i have 3 new problems. mild sleep apnea, sarcoidosis, that effects eyes and lungs and gout, along with all the old ones. asthma, gerd,leg edema, back pain and depression.    — laura B. (posted on May 23, 2001)

Check w/ your surgeons office find out if they help with that or not.. I have found some do and some don't. Regardless though appeal on your own behalf as well. Good luck.
