How do you get approved with medicad in North Carolinaq

I have molina medicade an my Dr.'s assistent made the phone call to medicaide an got the ball rollen I was approved in less than a month Good luck!!!

I have PA Access ( medicaid) and was approved within four days. They require 6 months or more of nutritionist supervised weight loss attempts, at least 2 co-morbidities, and 6 months of doctor visits and weigh in's. I also had medicare, and they had pretty much the same requirements. Good Luck...

at the time of my surgery I had ohio medicaid and all it took was for my heart dr., general dr.,and ob/gyn. to write a letter and I was approved in about 6 months.
