Question:
Anyone know of any WLS friendly Dr's in the Dayton, OH area?

I recently returned to Ohio after 18 months of living in Florida and my previous PCP is no longer covered by my insurance (BCBS of IL PPO). Does anyone know of any WLS friendly PCP's in this area? Amanda- I am in Cincinnati and had surgery in August of 2005. I can only recommend my doctor, as he is the only one I am familiar with on a personal level. I feel the small drive would definitley be beneficial to you. He is located in West Chester, so not too far into the city. However, you might have to drive to the city for surgery, maybe not. They are now doing the surgeries at the West Chester location. Go back & read my review on my doctor. You will see I adore him & his bedside manner. I would dive 10 hours to have him, again. He is Dr. David Fischer (UC Surgeons). He is young, energetic, concerned. His nursing assistant is great as well. Very easy to work with and very interested in what you have to say. I also have heard good things about Dr. Calvin Selwyn, Trace Curry, & Dr. Sonnastine. Email me if you have any questions. I'd be more than happy to help you out in any way I can. Heather
