Question:
BCBS of TN, Wondering if I can beat the exlcusion

I have BCBS of TN thought my employer. There is a written exclusion that state that do not cover services and supplies related to obesity, including surgical or other treatment of morbid obesity. Do you think that there anyway I could win an appeal?    — Mary C. (posted on April 15, 2003)
