Question:
BCBS of OKLA denied me because of exclusions, anyone have any suggestions?

I have been denied by BCBS of OK. I have four doctors that are saying it's a medical necessity. The insurance said that they will not pay even though it is a medical necessity. I have had a previous back surgery and needing another. My back surgeon will not operate due to my weight. I can not exercise due to back injuries. I know it is frustrating. I fought my insurance for 2 years. I have an exclusion and went before the insurance medical board to plead my case and they still wouldn't let me have the surgery. So I got a loan and paid for it myself. Keep appealing their answers, you never know. Be a pain in their ???? everyday.... Hopefully they will reverse their decision. Good luck..
