I have HMO BLUE TX. POS My ins policy states under what is not covered services intended

The wording says "services primarily to treat obesity" a revision would be to correct a previous surgery, not to treat obesity. Maybe the Dr could get around stomach stapling issue by sewing the stomach closed instead of using staples!
