About the insurance companies and exclusion for WLS. My insurance says with
the exclusion it doesn't matter if it's medically necessary! It's just not
right.

Don't take their word for it. Apply and then appeal. You listen to half
these posts and they say when you call an insurance company it depends on
who you talk to.

I have started a petition for just this reason. I also have my web address
on my profile page. Just click into it and go to the SIGN THE PETITION
page. There I have a letter you can write to your congressman and also a
petition that will be sent to congress upon obtaining enough signatures.
Also Walter Lindstrom has a good letter on his site at Obesitylaw.com.
