I have Medicare Advantage. That is Medicare through an insurance company.
Mine was approved in less than a week.

i called on phone and they o.k. then . but you must be in the approved
program . you must follow thier every little thing to the letter. you must
go to a hospital that has a certification of excellents in bariatric . i
used DR pesta at henry ford hospital in warren MI. i breezed right thru
no complications whatso ever, no problems with medicare. the nurse in
charge sally knew every thing and giuded me threw.

I was approved within 1 week but u do have to follow everything to the
letter. I had my surgery with Dr. Richard in Gainesville, GA @ Northeast ga
hospital he is truly a god send to me
