Question:
how long do it take to get approvel with BC/BS PPO i finish everything they say i nee

From the time is was submitted to the date of the approval letter was four days! Good Luck, Leslie

For me it was about a week. I called and asked them and found out I was approved, before the bariatric center I used even knew. Give it a few days, and if you don't hear anything call them, they are really nice and helpful! Good luck! Lesleigh

It was only about 3/4 weeks for me. It was a lot quicker than I couls have imagined. Had surgery 2 weeks after approval.

I received approval within one day and I did not have all of the years required of documented weight but I did have a co morbidity of diabetes. Good luck to you!!!

They won't pay. I had a secondary that I was lucky enough that they paid, but blue cross and blue shield, won't pay even if it a life and death situation. Sorry

I was approved within a week after meeting their requirements and they DID pay 100%!!!!!

i was approved within a day or two it was quick probebly by the time you read these messages you may already have your answer,my surgury date is tommorrow jan 28th the date was given to me right at the same time i was approved. good luck

I was approved in 1 day, had my approval letter 3 days later and so did my surgeons office.

Submitted to insurance on 1-24-08, approved the next day!
