Question:
has anyone had trouble getting approval thru them and with in a timely manner???

Hi Denise, another UPSer here. I am going thru the approval process now. My surgeons assistant, the one who sends in the paper work, said it depends on who at AETNA gets your file. She said that some people push it right thru and others sit on it. My surgery date is Dec 16th and they have had my paperwork for about a week. I hope you get someone who isn't going to hold you up!!! Good Luck to you and please let me know how you make out.
