Question:
Has anyone used First health insurance and went thru 4 months of weight management

Hi Vanessa, I have First Health PPO and I did a 3 month Dr. supervised diet, but did not get denied. The insurance did however recommend more specific tests. I had RNY Oct. 16, 06. Don't give up, keep fighting!

i have humana and had to do 6 month dr. supervised. my dr. had never done the paperwork before so i was really worried, but go the news friday that i was approved. if they don't pass you the first time you can always appeal. don't give up
