The Woman in the Mirror

I wrote a poemin 1999 pre-op gastric bypass surgery that was spotlighted on Channel 9 with Robin Marsh. I lost it through the years and would love to have a copy. I've kept the weight off, but have been through trials. I'm newly married and very happy with my decision back in 1999. I do a search and come up with answers about what an inspiration I was for so many. Please inspire me if you have a copy. I was LaNora Livingston at the time and the first few lines read "I looked in the mirror today to see what I could see. The pain was evident in my eyes of the woman I've come to be"...if you can help me out, please do. I would be eternally grateful. If you are able to find it, I would love to read it. It is amazing what we go through before and after our surgery. Soooo many things enter into a healthier being!

some stations keep all sorts of file footage. your spot may be in their archives, it does no harm to call and ask the station
