WHY NOT HEALTHEASE???????????

THIS QUESTION IS TO THE BARIATRIC SURGEONS OR ANY ONE CLOSE TO THEM. WHY DONT ANY OF YOU TAKE HEALTHEASE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I HEARD IT WAS BECAUSE HEALTHEASE WONT PAY YOU WHAT YOU WANT FOR THE SURGERY.I CAN UNDERSTAND VERY WELL YOU ALL SO A GREAT JOB AND EARN WHAT YOU CHARGE, BUT PLEASE CONSIDER THE PPL WHO HAVE THE HEALTHESE. I'm not a doctor so I can't help you as far as that goes. While I do think some doctors charge an excessive amount for procedures, the problem is most likely your insurance company. If the surgeons in your area take other health insurances, then it is your insurance company that isn't doing what they should. Does your insurance not cover bariatric surgery or do they cover it but not pay well? There is a big difference between the two. Good luck to you. You might want to look into self-pay options. Several companies offer low interest loans for medical treatment.
