Question:
Dr's in Fresno California that take Calviva Health for GVS?

I've asked my Gp to refer me for GVS and even called my insurance company to get the info she needed to make the referral, but she keeps asking me for the name of the of the surgeon I want. I explained to her that the insurance company said the GP must call the number provided and make all referrals through that number, and still she asks me for a name. This has gone on since April and I'm so frustrated. If anybody here has had GVS by a Dr that takes Calviva Health In fresno, I'd greatly appreciate if you'd share the surgeons name and your experience with him or her as well as the pre op requisite you had to complete and the time frame of completion.
