Question:
I have Medcost Preferred insurance in NC.

I have Medcost Preferred and had surgery on 10/10/09. I did not have any problems getting approval. I think it must have been my doctor (Dr. Carl Lowe-Presbryterian Hospital). I followed all of the instructions, and they submitted. I was approved with the first submission. My first visit to Dr. Lowe was May 27, 2009 and I got my surgery in October.Best of luck to you!!!!

I have medcost preferred also and I was approved with no problems.
