Question:
what to bring to the hospital

Since most of these answers are old, has anyone brought their laptop to the hospital? Will I even feel like being on it? My surgery is in 2 weeks    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on August 1, 2012)

I had my surgery 8/23. I brought my ipad and definitely felt up to using it. You will just either need someone to bring it to you after your operation. In my case I gave it to security and the next morning they brought it to my room. This way I could get on my email and communicate with my friends.
