In Arizona, is there any way the state would pay for this surgery?

Nancy, you might want to inquire about a program called the Hill-Burton Act in your state. I don't have the telephone number eradily available, but it is a toll-free number. You might even consider going to http://www.findit.com, and ltype in "hill-burton act". It's a program for indigent or low income persons. ~~Hope this helps and keep me informed of your progress~~!
