does cigna ppo require 3 months of supervised diets in last year..

I have Cigna PPO and my surgery was approved without a problem, but I didn't have 3 months of supervised dieting within the last year.

I have cigna ppo and didn't have to have that... I was approved in 24 hrs after they lost my paper work for 2 weeks. Hope this helps, Diane Hunt

I have Cigna PPO and was approved without a problem and I didn't have the supervised diets either so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. God bless!
