anyone with federal bc/bs recently approved for any plastics-tummytuck

I knew one woman here who was approved. I wasn't approved. My pannus hung below my pubic area and I had a hernia and I ended up appealing to OPM. They asked for more documentation which I did not have, so I cut a deal with the doctor and paid for it out of pocket. Later I saw pics of people who had really large panus' and I realized mine just wasn't as bad for it to be medically necessary. I never had problems fitting clothes and didn't get skin infections or anything.

I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal also== and the state that they do not pre-determine rather the surgery is needed or not.. You take the risk and have the surgery done and a 50/50 chance they may or may not cover this.. hmm sounds like a great insurance to me since we pay money for these premiums. Sounds spectacular on their end not ours.... THis is CRazZzzy..
