Question:
Im in beckley WV does any one know of a DR. that will take medicade for the RNY.

Hi, I know that Morgantown is a long way from Beckley, but WVU is accepting Medicare patients. I am working with someone who is going through their program right now and that is how she is getting it done. They have a new bariatric program, but I don't know much about it and I'm not recommending it. Just wanted you to know they're an option.

I had my surgery in Morgantown, by Dr. Stephen McNatt. I have BC/BS but I hear they are taking medicade patients, I have lost 156 pounds since February 2003. I live in Montgomery and it was about 3 1/2 hour trip for me. I have an appointment card at home with their phone # if you would like to have it. I am so glad I had the surgery, I feel as if I have been given my life back. Go luck! Elanda
