When I got my approval letter in February, I called immediately to find out what my o

of pocket expenses would be for using a doctor out of my network. (There ARE no doctors in my insurance network who perform wls) I was told the amount including my deductable and penalty. I asked several times if this was the TOTAL amount I would be resposible for and was assured it was. Now, Sagamore is disallowing over 50% of my physician's fees because they say he is overpriced.
