Does anyone have HEALTHNET Delta IPA that can help me?

I have been approved by Delta IPA for surgery but I don't want the doctor they chose. No one seems to know who the Networking or Contracted doctors are for this surgery. Not my Insurance or my Doctors office. Can you help?    — Kelly C. (posted on May 7, 2001)
