Question:
My surgeons office decided against doing my appeal!

sorry, this might be a bit long: but! BTC decided to not do my appeal due to my insurance being an actual 3rd party group. I guess that means that my ins. in reality makes no decisions without my company. also, BTC said that the reason for not doing the appeal would be because i would have much better luck with doing the appeal myself seeing that they legally can not ignore me. does anyone have any sugestions that they can help me with (or email me) on approaching my HR department? I think i know how to handle my insurance company it's just my actual company i'm not too sure about. I work for a small 75 employee conservative company. so, any help would be greatly appreciated!
