Question:
How do i get documentions

Yes,,my isurance is an local union,,,but they are with Bc/Bs also ,,I have been trying for this operation for a year now ,,,now they are asking for documentions from all the diets and medicines I have been on all my life ,,,and they aren`t the friendliest people to deal with ,,,I only can come up with a few medines that the doctors gave me ,,,does anyone have a suggestions,,,thank you    — Elizabeth A.
