Question:
small business exclusion

Has anyone run into the trouble of having an exclusion in their insurance due to working for a small business in MD? And any suggestions to get around it?.I have talked to everyone and their brother including writing letters to our State Senator. I'M at my wits end with this but don't want to give up.    — Dara A. if the business is small enough , ask your employer, we have a "small" business, only 20 employees, and recently changed our companies insurance plan because we found out they had excluded high risk pregnancy coverages, so for one of our new employees, we switched . your companies owners might be as understanding, i know our company offers the coverage for GB , but thats because i refuse to have ins thru a company that wont cover it ... just a thought .....
