Question:
Does anone know if Tri-Cares Standard requires a psych eval?

Hi Kimberly, I had TriCare Standard and did NOT need a Psch Eval as it was also NOT required by my surgeon...I was very happy about that...hope all goes well for you...I had no problems dealing with them...they approved me really fast.
