I found this in my certificate

As some of you know, I am seeking a revision. Do you think this would exclude me. I am nuts to begin with but really want a final answer. Any help is appreciated Weight reduction programs, associated Prescription Drugs and diagnostic and surgical procedures except for vertically banded gastroplasty are not covered.
