I am in Louisiana, and I have a great doctor. Not sure about Medicaid, but you could call and ask. Drs. Mando and Ruary O'Connell out of New Orleans are fabulous. They do surgery out of Pendleton Memorial Methodist. I highly recommend them.

Dr. O'Connell is doing my surgery next week. I don't know if he accepts medicaid, but he really is a great guy, and his staff is wonderful. Good luck.

I hate to be the bearer of bad new but I called ALL those doctors in New Orleans and NONE of them take Medicaid. The ONLY one that does is Dr. Scott at TULANE MEDICAL CENTER. There is a long waiting list for his seminars. I called in July and am going at the end of this month. I hope this doctor is good as he seems to be the only option.
